How it works
You only earn bonus on sales above the target — the target itself earns nothing. Sales above it earn the bonus rate in the pound, shared between colleagues by their points. If you don't know the target, it's usually everyone's weekly wages added together, times the multiplier — "work out the target" does that sum from the colleague list for you.
